Uranus conjunct your Sun.

Uranus disrupts whatever it touches: it breaks the pattern, wakes up, liberates and destabilizes. It brings sudden change, freedom and originality, and the shock of the floor moving. Your Sun is your identity and vitality: who you are becoming and the center the rest of the chart organizes around.

A conjunction puts the transiting planet on the same degree as your natal point: the two merge, and the planet's drive becomes the point's drive for the duration. It is the most direct and total contact. Here the transiting Uranus makes a conjunction to your natal Sun, so Uranus's drive meets your Sun at that angle. Uranus runs an eighty-four-year cycle, so each angle to this point happens once in a lifetime.

Uranus takes about seven years per sign, so a transit to one point lasts a year to eighteen months across three to five passes. The felt window opens with a first sudden event near the first pass and settles after the last.

Change on purpose before the transit changes you by accident. Keep one thing stable while everything else moves. Uranus on the Sun is liberation, for those who steer it.
