What the sky is doing for Libra
Read against the real sky for October 12, 2026. A Sun-sign read counts the houses from your Sun, so it never needs your birth time — and never invents a rising sign it can't know.
The Sun is in your 1st house this month
The month's throughline for you runs through you — your body, your start, how you show up. That's where where your focus and vitality go until the Sun moves on.
The Moon is in your 2nd house today
Your mood and what you need land in money, values, and what you're worth to yourself. This is the fastest weather in the chart — it moves on in a day or two, so read it as a nudge, not a verdict.
Mercury is in your 2nd house
Your mind, your plans, and your conversations is currently pointed at money, values, and what you're worth to yourself.
Venus is in your 2nd house
Love, money, and what you enjoy is currently pointed at money, values, and what you're worth to yourself.
Mars is in your 11th house
Your drive and where the friction is is currently pointed at friends, community, and what you're hoping for.
Retrograde right now: Venus in your 2nd house. That area is asking for a second pass — revisit and refine rather than launch something brand new.

The temperament
What Libra is like
Libra, in plain terms
Libra is cardinal air: it initiates through relationship. You think by weighing, you feel the pull of the other side of every argument, and you're happiest when things are fair and beautiful.
Ruled by Venus, you're built for connection and taste. The work is holding your own weight on the scale — deciding what you want before you've counted what everyone else does.
The hard part
Named, not flattered
What Libra has to watch
Keeping the peace can quietly become abandoning yourself. You'll defer a real preference to avoid friction, then resent the very harmony you kept.
